The project fixes the "after" state. The moment when the gesture is already made and the form is no longer held.
After the gesture is a series of works that explore the sequence of transitions from bodily impulse to the gradual disappearance of the image. The project begins with movement and gesture, where the body is present without identity, and comes to the face, which is not fixed, but disintegrates, shifts and multiplies. Red color appears as a rupture, as a visual failure that violates the integrity of perception. The face loses stability and ceases to be the center of the image, turning into a field of tension and traces.
The final works transfer attention to the space of pause and silence, where the human presence is felt not as an image, but as a remnant and trace.
This project was born from a feeling of inner displacement, when the gesture has already been made, but the meaning has not yet taken shape.
The works exist on the border between presence and disappearance, where the image is fixed not as an identity, but as a trace.
